Andy founded Wolves in December 2016 and is still the club's head coach. A lifelong rugby player and coach, he found touch on the common in South West London in 2016 and was hooked by the speed, structure and skill of the game at its best. He started Wolves so that London juniors had a proper place to learn it.

Andy has played and managed for England. He coached England's mixed U15s to gold at the 2019 Junior Touch Championship in Paris, and for the last five years he has been head coach of England's girls' U18s, winning gold every year, most recently at Warwick.

Players who started at Wolves now play for England at Open level, the top level of the sport, and at the 2026 European Championships Wolves players were part of England's gold-medal Men's and Women's Open teams. Andy also coaches for the South East Touch Association (SETA) and coaches rugby union at Harlequins.
